Terms of service

1. What Analízamelo is

Analízamelo (https://www.analizamelo.com) is a local market intelligence platform that lets you analyse a business's competition within a geographic area: identify competitors, compare their reputation and digital presence, calculate competitive scores (Market Score and Opportunity Score) and generate strategic reports. You can contact the service owner at any time through the support email.

The service is aimed at professionals and companies (freelancers, founders, consultants, agencies). By using it you declare that you are acting in the course of a professional activity and that you are of legal age.

2. Your account

• Some features require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you detect unauthorised access, tell us immediately.
• Each account is personal. Sharing credentials between several people or companies to get around plan limits is not allowed.

3. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Free plan: limited access at no cost, with the limits described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro and Business): monthly subscription with automatic renewal. The prices in force are those published on the pricing page and include VAT.
• Payments: processed through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time; you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period already paid for. There is no minimum term.
• Price changes: if we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal.
• Refunds: except where the law requires otherwise, periods already started are non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, write to us and we will look into it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or defamatory purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
• Extract data in bulk or by automated means (scraping), resell access, or redistribute the platform's data as your own product.
• Attempt to circumvent your plan's limits, the security measures or access control.
• Deliberately overload the infrastructure or interfere with other users' use of the service.
• Use competitor information to harass, defame or unfairly harm other businesses.

Breaching these rules may lead to suspension or cancellation of the account (see section 10).

5. Data from public sources

The business data shown in the analyses (names, addresses, ratings, review counts, etc.) comes from public third-party sources, mainly Google Places. Please bear in mind that:

• It is a snapshot taken at the time of the analysis: it may become outdated and may contain errors or omissions from the original source.
• The scores (Market Score, Opportunity Score) are estimates calculated using our own methodology, relative to the area analysed. They are indicative, not an audit.
• Use of the exported data is your responsibility and must respect the terms of the original sources and applicable law.

6. AI-generated reports

Strategic reports are generated with artificial intelligence models from the analysis data. They are indicative recommendations, not professional advice (legal, financial or investment). Any business decisions you make based on them are yours; we recommend checking the information before making important decisions.

7. Intellectual property

• The platform, its software, design, brand and scoring methodology belong to the owner of Analízamelo or their licensors. Using the service transfers no rights over them to you.
• You may freely use the analyses, reports and exports you generate for your own professional activity (presentations, business plans, client reports).
• Reselling, sublicensing or publishing the platform or its data as a competing service is not allowed.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: there may be scheduled maintenance, third-party incidents (hosting, data sources) or force majeure. If a significant incident affects the service, we will report it through the platform or by email.

We may also change or withdraw features to improve the product. If a change substantially reduces the features of your paid plan, you may cancel it without penalty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner of Analízamelo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of business opportunities arising from the use (or inability to use) the service, nor for decisions taken on the basis of the analyses and reports, which are indicative.

In any case, the total liability of the owner of Analízamelo towards you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your non-waivable rights as a consumer, where these apply to you.

10. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms (especially section 4), with prior notice where reasonable.
• After cancellation, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. If the change is substantial, we will tell you at least 15 days in advance by email or through a notice on the platform. If you do not agree, you can cancel your account before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law; if you are acting as a consumer, you may go to those of your place of residence.
